Ural factories – Industries of meaning

The program shares the global agenda of converting industrial spaces into art environments. Creatively rethinking industrial modernity, it provides unprecedented interaction of contemporary art and large-scale industries in the Ural region. A number of festivals and art-residences have already been held within the program as a preview to its central project – the Ural Industrial Biennale of contemporary art.
